A:I don’t have an answer for that yet. I recommend including both as separate line items in your bid. If the Town Board requires them, they will already be factored in, and if they don’t
require either/both, then the listed amounts can be excluded from the contract award amount.

A: There is not a specific bid/proposal form, nor a specific bid bond form. Contractors may submit their own form and sureties can provide
their standard bid bond form.
