This year’s CedarFest is scheduled for Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 9 AM until 5 PM.

This 56-acre gem at the meeting point of Boathouse Creek and the White Oak River features scenic walking trails, a 200-ft pier with covered pavilion, a kayak launch, and plenty of open space—making it the perfect setting for CedarFest!

Volunteer at CedarFest!

It takes amazing volunteers to create an amazing community event! Join us in making this year's CedarFest a fun, welcoming experience. Give a few hours, meet new people, and make a positive impact - your support makes a difference!

We are currently seeking volunteers to help with the following: Directing Parking, Golf Cart Shuttling, Assistance with Children's Activities, Vendor Set Up, and more.

ALL Volunteers will receive a T-shirt and food the day of CedarFest.

Orientation will be held on Friday, October 16, 2026, at 5 PM - Boathouse Creek Park.

Any interested vendors that would like to be considered should a space become available are encouraged to join our vendor waitlist. As cancellations or openings occur, waitlisted vendors will be contacted in the order their applications are received.
